License Agreement
By purchasing or downloading the SOLID React book (the "eBook"), you are agreeing to the below licensing agreement.
License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the eBook, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
You are licensed to use the eBook to create unlimited projects for yourself or for your clients.
Permitted Uses
You may use the eBook for the following purposes:
- Multiple personal and commercial projects.
- Modification and customization of the eBook for personal or commercial projects.
- You may reference the eBook in training materials or within your organization only if you’ve purchased a team license. Please contact us at [email protected] to purchase a team license.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the eBook in its original or modified form.
- Share the eBook with individuals or entities who have not purchased a license. Purchase a team license if you wish to share the eBook with your team.
- Use the eBook to create products intended for resale where the eBook constitutes the primary value of the product being sold.
Ownership
The eBook is the intellectual property of Islem Maboud. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights, title, and interest in and to the eBook remain with Islem Maboud.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Islem Maboud may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the eBook and destroy all copies in your possession.
Refund Policy
SOLID React eBook
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Islem Maboud or CoderOne LLC be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the eBook, even if Islem Maboud has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Warranty Disclaimer
The eBook is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, between the parties regarding the subject matter.
By using the eBook, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
